The Candela GentleYAG is accompanied by a cooling system which maximizes the patient comfort during the treatment. The cooling system is built in and therefore takes up less space in the treatment room. This makes it very easy to move it around as well between rooms as it is an all in one machine. Additionally, the 1064nm wavelength offers variable pulse durations and multiple spot sizes. The wavelength of YAG is 1064nm – the Candela GentleLASE is for lighter skin types due to the 755nm wavelength. For highly trained professionals, this GentleYAG can be used on all skin types.
